Step Kruisinga

More than just studying

Hi, my name is Step and I am currently completing my Bachelor of Architecture. ORAS believes that your student time is a great opportunity to develop yourself in many ways. Delft has a unique student culture, with many study and student associations, sports and cultural opportunities, as well as, for example, student and dream teams. For many, this offers the opportunity to develop yourself (outside your studies), which is why TU Delft should actively support and encourage extracurricular activities, making them accessible to everyone. Do you agree? Then vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!

Daan van Ginkel

"Become the engineer of the future"

Hey, I'm Daan and currently in my 3rd year of AE. TU Delft is a university known worldwide for its pioneering research and high-quality education. ORAS aims to maintain and enhance this status. We stand for innovative education of the highest quality, supported by the right facilities with plenty of room for personal development! This is how you will become the best engineer ready for the future!

Your wellbeing, our priority

Hi, my name is Sara and I am in my second year of Mechanical Engineering and am looking forward to spending a year on the student council. Your wellbeing is of high priority for ORAS! So we work on prevention of mental problems and accessibility and findability of the necessary guidance. ORAS finds it important that you feel at home at TU Delft and that there is room to make mistakes. For example, with the 'Are you okay?' campaign, we work towards a student community that looks out for each other and where wellbeing is always up for discussion! Do you think wellbeing is an important issue too? Then vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!

Guus Doldersum

"Your study, your planning"

Hello, my name is Guus and I study Applied Mathematics. I am number 4 on the ORAS list this year. ORAS believes that you should be in charge of your own study! It is important that flexible education and the right facilities support you in this. Flexible study allows you to determine your own study rhythm and pace. For example, thanks to ORAS XXL opening hours are available during exam weeks and it is possible to resit at another faculty. In the future, we see paying per subject as a possibility. As a result, there will be room for development alongside your studies and you will be able to organise your time as you see fit! So vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!

Lisa Kurstjens

"A pleasant campus full of gezelligheid"

Hi, I'm Lisa and I just finished my Bachelor of Architecture! ORAS is convinced that good facilities on campus contribute to a valuable student experience. The campus should therefore be a place where all students feel safe and comfortable, but where there is also recreation and innovation. Our campus has a unique student culture, including several faculty bars and space for sports and culture. This is because we believe it is important that every student should be able to study and relax on campus. In this way, TU Delft brings out the best in its students! So vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!

In this way, TU Delft students can also contribute to, for example, energy transition and tackling climate change! So vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!

A vibrant Delft student culture

With its many different study, sports, cultural and student associations, Delft has a unique and vibrant student culture. This allows students to participate in committees and boards and develop skills they cannot acquire during their studies. ORAS believes that the university should take care of this unique culture and encourage students to participate in it. For example, we are now working on a campaign to encourage students to become active outside their studies. Do you think this is important too? Then vote for ORAS on 15 and 16 May!
